Just wanted to put a post on to say a huge thank you to Penny and the team. We hired the room for a surprise 70th birthday party for our dad last week and we had such a fab night and everybody commented on how lovely the room was and how great the staff were.
Penny was so lovely and stayed in touch with us on the run up to the night and was quick to respond to any questions we had which was great. Penny went above and beyond to help us when it came to set up on the night, made suggestions which were helpful and even stayed on to wait for the caterers and told us to “Go home and get ready” as she could see we were running out of time and getting stressed! ??‍♀️.
The bar staff on the night were so lovely and again just so helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Thank you ladies xx
